About Us

The Coaches Console® is the premier client and business management system for coaches developed and offered exclusively by IAS – Interface Advantage Systems, Inc. The company was founded by Melinda Cohan and Kate Steinbacher in 2004.

Our Vision

Our overarching vision is to impact the world and raise the level of worldly and spiritual consciousness. It’s a big mission, one reinforced by our own experiences affecting people’s lives as coaches. We know for certain that coaching is the clear vehicle to accomplish this.

Yet we recognize the limitations that any single coach has when trying to expand their impact. Through our vision to create a system that eliminates the burdens and distractions that hinder coaches, we are encouraging them to be their very best. This is the essence of our “Pay It Forward” philosophy, and the symbolism of the pebble in a pond. By doing our part to expand the opportunity for our member coaches to affect more and more people, we hope to increase the impact that coaching will have on this world.
