“Do It Yourself” Instruction - private training on using your Coaches Console System effectively.

The training will include:

• 4 hours of private instruction and training with a CVA
• The ability to determine what aspect of The Coaches Console you would like to have greater learning around
• Flexibility in determining the length and frequency of each session with a CVA (i.e. two 30-minute sessions each week, one 60-minute session each week, etc.)

• Members who want private instruction on how to use their coaches console system
• May not be using some aspects of their system and want to learn how to do it and/or they just don’t understand their system
• Don’t want a VA to help them do it and just want to learn it so they can do it themselves (and they don’t want to go through the training recordings and/or clips to learn the system – they want one-on-one teaching)

DIY Process Instruction

$250.00 per occurrence

“Do It Yourself” Instruction - Certified VA will provide instruction on using The Coaches Console within the process model of Prospect to Active Client.

Certified VA will deliver the training in four sessions:

• Prospects and Scheduling the "Get Acquainted Call (GAC)"
• Conducting the GAC and Closing the Sale
• Customizing Financials and Agreements
• Sending Out the Welcome Package
• 4 hours of private instruction and training with a CVA

Ideal for:

• A member (most likely a new coach) who first needs to learn various processes (adding a new client, billing a client, etc.) of the Console, THEN they can learn how to use their TCC system to do the steps they’ve just been taught.

$225 for a 5-hour retainer; $45/hr additional

Working with a Coaches Console Certified VA on projects outside of The Coaches Console - Benefit from an on-going relationship with a Certified VA at a set rate for set blocks of time.

The Matching Program will include:

• Block of 5 hours with a CVA
• Customized Support on projects outside of The Coaches Console
• Matching with a CVA that best suits your needs
• Ability to request a specific CVA to support your needs
• A complimentary call with a CVA to determine your needs and projects, timelines, and milestones.

Ideal for:

• A member who has their own unique needs outside of their TCC system and wants help from a VA to handle these tasks for them.
